Secret adventure finally revealed: Over the past ten days, I’ve been in Kuwait, Turkey and two other undisclosed military locations on a USO tour entertaining our troops. I was honored to be picked by the International Thriller Writers in Operation Thriller III (it was me, Michael Connelly, Kathleen Antrim, Joseph Finder and Andy Harp), travelling to eight bases in four countries. One of the most rewarding experiences of my life. More to come, but let’s just say this Veteran’s Day means something profoundly different for me. Current and former troops, thank you for what you do.
